Today we are talking about one of my favorite fruits in the world.Cherries!!!!!!!

We know its excellent for our overall health, but how about specifically for our hair?

Amazing how Cherries are excellent for our hair, right? How about a hair rinse? 

Cherry Hair Rinse – Bustle.Com

Cherries are a great way to add shine and color refraction to your hair. Cherries have subtle dyeing properties, plus they’re amazing at balancing pH levels, which is key for promoting hair growth. Using the juice from cherries alone won’t create a shift in color though.

This hair rinse requires:

2 cups of boiling water

8 black tea bags

1 cup of fresh cherry juice

*Make sure mixture is thoroughly cooled (let sit and cool for 1 hour or more), test with elbow before applying on your hair and please note all ingredients will need to combined*

Apply directly on your clean hair for about 45 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

Since this hair rinse is 100 percent all natural, you won’t need to worry about over-conditioning the color out to keep your hair from breaking.

*For our hair type, I would say follow up with a deep conditioning just to be on the safe side but of course, do what works best for your tresses*

  1. I love cherries! Yum yum! It would be nice to try the cheery rinse someday. I also have some cherry oil…next time I wash my hair, I’ll try it and see how it goes!
