Benefits of Fruits for Our Tresses – Tangerines

Tangerines, Oh So Good!

Hello Sweets,

Hope you are all doing well in the places you are residing.

Today we will look into a delightful fruit, sweet and tart, Tangerines.

Let us go right into:

Promotes Hair Growth & Delays Hair Greying – StyleCraze.com

“Vitamin B12 reduces hair loss, promotes hair growth, and slows down the graying process (12).”

Healthy and Lustrous Hair – Kayawell.com

“Vitamin C aids in breaking down iron, which is an important source to maintain healthy tresses. Due to its break down, iron can be easily absorbed by the body. Applying tangerine juice will leave your hair healthy and shiny.”

Vitamin A Helps To Moisturize The Sebum In The Scalp – StyleCraze.com
“One of the most important vitamins for health is vitamin A (11). Its antioxidant properties work to condition and moisturize the sebum in the scalp. Antioxidants also fight against pollution that weighs down your hair and makes it weaker.”

So much packed into one fruit!!!!

Now, how about a hair recipe or 2? Sure, let’s go girls:

Juice – DailyCurlz.com

Ingredients:

1 Tangerine (measure per your hair needs)

“Just squeeze a tangerine to a healthy and loaded vitamin C juice.”

“Apply it on dry hair before you wash it, but make sure to add a tea spoon of your favorite oil, so the juice sticks onto your hair.”

“After 30 minutes, rinse, wash, and style as usual.”

Herbal Tea – DailyCurlz.com

Ingredients:

Tangerine Dry Peel

“You will make the tea with the tangerine dry peel. You can do this two ways: Peel the tangerine, cut it in small pieces and let it dry for a couple of days. If you don’t want to do this, buy a tangerine peel tea. I got mine at Amazon, but in any ancient store you’ll find it easily.”

“Apply it on dry or wet hair, rinse out, and style as usual.”

A HUGE THANK YOU TO:  Kayawell.com, DailyCurlz.com and  StyleCraze.com

    1. Anytime and let me know how it works for sure, we hardly get any fruits here now due to the pandemic so can’t try myself but if you do, let me know how it goes and remember, take notes and do your research before you try, also, great idea to use a sieve so no bits and pieces. Let us know dear ❤️❤️❤️.
